Weight Loss Exercise Programs
The Six Day Redistributing Fat Loss Program
My "SIX DAY" training program is extremely effective for those wanting to speed up their metabolisms and get into ultimate shape! This program also shortens the amount of time spent in the gym. You train three consecutive days with a repeat of the same training cycle beginning on the fourth day. Sunday or the seventh day is the day of rest.
The Three Day Metabolism Jump Start Program
I specifically designed the "THREE DAY" program for the person wanting to loose body fat who doesn't have a lot of time for a workout. This training program consist of training every other day with two days off at the end of each cycle. I.e., Monday, Wednesday & Friday would be training days with Saturday & Sunday as rest days. This program also includes aerobics to help speed up your metabolism, thus faster results.
Total Body Circuit Training Program
Circuit training consists of strength training and aerobics combined together to make a complete set. The following are the exercises that will be performed to include a 35 - 60 second aerobic exercise and or an abdominal exercise between sets.

The Four Day Bulk Building Program
I've created the perfect program for people who have fast metabolisms and need to add weight to their body frame. The "FOUR DAY" program trains both the upper and lower body two times a week each, but allows recuperation for each part as the days are alternated between the two body parts, I.e., Monday & Thursday - Upper body, Tuesday & Friday - Arms & Lower body, and Wednesday, Saturday & Sunday are the rest days.
On Three/Off One Mass Builder Workout Program #1
On Three/Off One Mass Builder Workout Program #2
I designed these programs specifically for the more serious bodybuilding enthusiasts. The training program is excellent for packing on quality muscle mass while it allows the joints an adequate rest period before the next cycle. I call this program, On Three/Off One which translates to three consecutive days of training and then one full day off for recovery. |
